The candidate will have extensive technical knowledge and experience in the ethanol and biofuels industry. In addition, the candidate requires a background in industrial sales and marketing. The candidate will be self-motivated, self directed, and have a true passion and ability to work independently.
The position for this technical sales position requires extensive travel mostly within the midwest region of the U.S. The candidate will take on a leadership role in the marketing of specialty chemical sales utilized for the enhancement and maximization of ethanol process efficiencies. An innovative, consultative, problem solving sales approach with strong management skills is required. We're looking for a sales closer. Office will be home-based.
The criteria for this technical sales and marketing management roll include:
-A minimum 4 year degree in Process engineering, Science or Biochemistry degree with background in sales and marketing.
-A minimum 3-5+ years experience in industrial sales and project management, preferrably ethanol/fermentation background.
-A combination of expertise in both technical knowledge as well as sales and marketing background.
-Must be willing to travel at least 50-60% and live in the midwest.
Compensation includes a very attractive base salary plus commission. 401K plan after 1 year.
